Brainstorm
B2B wholesale buyers — café owners, restaurant procurement, PG kitchen managers — don’t want to create an account and browse a catalog; they want to send a WhatsApp message with a quantity and get a quote back same day. The site’s job wasn’t to be a storefront, it was to make that existing WhatsApp-based buying habit faster and more credible, with FSSAI licensing and GST invoicing visible up front instead of buried in an about page.
Discovery
“Who We Supply To” does more work here than a typical B2B segment list: cafés and coffee shops, restaurants, corporate canteens, PG kitchens and hostels, cosmetics manufacturers, and wholesale distributors are each shown with their typical order size (10–25 kg/week for a café vs. 25–300 kg/month for a restaurant), because a buyer sizing up whether this supplier fits their volume was the first real objection to clear.
Design
Minimum order quantities are stated per product (10kg filter coffee, 15kg instant, 30kg tea) rather than hidden until checkout, and the three-step process — WhatsApp your requirement, receive a quote and samples, delivery to your door — mirrors how these buyers already order from existing suppliers, so switching costs felt lower. A bulk-quote form (built on Tally) sits alongside the WhatsApp CTA for buyers who’d rather not message first.
Build
Reviews are segmented by buyer type (restaurant owner, corporate office manager, wholesale distributor) rather than shown as a generic testimonial carousel, since a restaurant buyer and a distributor are evaluating completely different things — consistency of blend vs. pricing headroom for resale. An FAQ answers the practical procurement questions (samples before first order, custom private-label packaging, payment methods, delivery lead times) that a buyer needs resolved before they’ll commit to a supplier switch.
Delivery
Live with a working WhatsApp ordering flow, a bulk-quote form, and Pan-Bangalore delivery messaging.
