Brainstorm

Before committing to a full booking-and-payment build, the goal was to prove the concept could be sold on price certainty alone: “premium Zurich airport transfers, priced up front,” with fixed CHF fares per route shown before a customer ever opens a booking form. A prototype, not a live product — built to confirm scope and get sign-off before wiring up real payments and driver dispatch.

Discovery

The routes chosen (Zurich City, Lucerne, Basel, Interlaken, Zermatt, St. Moritz) map to the actual demand pattern for an airport-to-Alps chauffeur service — short city hops and long resort transfers — and each was priced individually rather than left to a generic per-kilometer estimate, since fixed pricing was the whole value proposition. The audience split (Tourists, Corporates, Professionals, Families) drove which fleet vehicles to show and in what order.

Design

A persistent five-step booking widget (Route → Vehicle → Details → Payment → Done) sits directly in the hero rather than behind a “Book Now” click-through, so the fixed price is visible before a visitor has invested any effort. “Three steps from landing to lobby” reframes the whole booking flow from the customer’s side of the experience — book online, get tracked against your actual flight, get met at arrivals — rather than describing the backend.

Build

Flight tracking is positioned as a stated feature (“we track your flight… free waiting time included”) rather than an assumed one, since it’s the detail that differentiates a fixed-fare chauffeur booking from a generic airport taxi. The prototype banner and footer disclaimer are intentional: this build exists to validate the flow and pricing model, not to take real bookings or payments yet.

Delivery

Delivered as a clickable, unmistakably-labeled prototype for scope confirmation ahead of a production build.
